Led exclusively by Heather and Lezanne - experienced and passionate teachers who have been running Yoga Teacher Trainings together for over a decade - this training is a deep dive into the art and science of teaching yoga.
The program is structured over several immersive learning periods:
During the first weekend in November, you'll meet your lead teachers, begin exploring the philosophy of yoga, and dive into alignment, asana, and the 8-limbed path. This weekend serves as a grounding introduction to the course and your fellow students.
The New Year retreat (Dec 28 – Jan 3) is a unique, intensive experience combining both teachers' strengths. Lezanne will guide the first four days, focusing on asana, alignment, and philosophy. Heather will join for the final three days to cover pranayama, breathwork, restorative yoga, Sanskrit, mantra, and more. Days include full asana practices, meditation, theory, and group work - all in a tranquil, supportive environment.
The following sessions continue throughout the spring:

Master Suite
This spacious suite offers stunning sea and sunset views, a super king bed, private balcony, and large ensuite bathroom. The sliding glass wall opens to a furnished balcony, with a motorized one way privacy blind. The suite features extensive built-in storage, B&W sound system. The limestone bathroom includes a double-ended tub with sea views, walk-in shower, dual sinks, heated mirrors, and underfloor heating. With both library and private stair access, plus a desk and coffee seating, this suite is perfect for those seeking space, comfort, and a strong connection to the nature.
Shared Sea Suite Twin (2 Person Room)
This upstairs twin room offers stunning sea views and access via a private landing from the main living room with a sound-isolating door. It shares a spacious luxury bathroom with the adjoining small double room (1 person), featuring a heated floor & mirrors, large shower, large deep tub, and ample storage. The room includes a desk, seating area, a lot of built-in storage, and a balcony for sunbathing over the sea. Beds can be joined into a super-king upon request (priced for two). We aim to accommodate three women across the two rooms whenever possible.
Sea Suite Private Double:
The sea suite is the other upstairs wing of the main property accessed along a private landing through a sound-isolating door. This private small double room with stunning sea views is part of the sea suite, sharing the very large bathroom with the adjoining twin room.
There is a beautiful 1930s walnut desk, ideal for squirreling away. Lots of storage space and the sliding windows open onto the balcony where people often sunbathe!
The bathroom is shared with the adjoining twin room, but it is incredibly large with five cupboards, a vast heated mirror, a floor, a separate glass shower, and a very large tub! We try to put three women sharing this suite across the two rooms wherever possible.
Shared Coral Suite Twin (2 Person Room)
This ground-floor suite features two large deep single beds with hemp and wool mattresses, cotton sheets, and a striking coral-patterned half-moon headboard. A spacious walk-in cupboard offers ample shelving and hanging space, complemented by chests of drawers, side tables, lots of blue lamps, artwork and a dedicated working area that can seat two. The ensuite includes a shower, heated mirrored sink, and toilet. A dual workspace desk and seating area allow for quiet work or hosting guests. Located near the sound-isolated hallway, the suite connects to a large living room with sofas, entertainment systems, a minibar kept stocked with refreshments, and access to a terrace with sea views, a hot tub, sauna, and fire lounge area.
Shared Launch Suite Twin Bed (4 Person Room)
The Superking bed splits into two large singles sharing the same vast backrest that covers that side of the wooden walls. There are also two “retreat bunks” carefully built into alcoves in the wall with their own shelves, cupboards, and lighting.
The north wall has four individual ceiling height cupboards so one for each roommate. The suite has large sliding glass doors onto a private sunken wooden terrace with sun loungers that step up onto the front garden, then the Sauna, Hottub, and outdoor fire/lounging area, and then the sea. The other way leads around to the Yoga Studio.
There is a large bathroom with a separate shower and double-ended bathing areas and a double sink area with extensive storage.
Shared Launch Suite Retreat Bunk (4-person room)
Two cozy wall alcove ‘retreat bunks’ each have their own shelves, cupboards, and lighting. Four ceiling-height cupboards provide ample storage for each guest in the room. The suite opens onto a private sunken wooden terrace with sun loungers and tables, leading to the garden, sauna, hot tub, outdoor fire lounging area and sea. It also connects to the yoga studio. The large bathroom features a double-ended tub, separate shower, double sinks, and extensive storage.
Shared Retreat Dorm Double Bunk & Single Bunk (8 Person Room):
Three bunk beds on the ground floor, two single bunks, and one double over double. The room has large glass sliding doors out into the garden and direct access to the beach. There is a large bathroom with a triple-wide sink area with views over the sea, a large tub, shower, and loo. There is a staging area with two very large cupboards that can hold larger items, a shoe cabinet, and two sets of drawers so everyone has two drawers. There are further drawers and shelves under each bunk and basic shelves for each bunk.
The room is accessed by a sound-isolating hallway off the downstairs living room that provides extensive sofas, comfy armchairs, and an entertainment system built into the ceiling and walls. The glass wall slides open to the terrace with garden furniture and a path leading out onto the beach, past a hot outdoor shower, the Hot Tub, Sauna, and outdoor fire and lounging area.
Staff Cottage:
Self-contained living space with a twin bedroom for retreat hosts, ensuite bathroom, kitchen, living room and private terrace area with outdoor dining and seating. There is an upstairs loft that can be converted into a dormitory for occasional team members and the living room can also be set up with additional team beds if need be. This staff cottage tends to be kept private for team.
YOGA STUDIO
A spectacular space overlooking the sea, complete with eco mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets for 20. Glass doors open onto wooden steps leading to the beach. Enjoy sunrise sessions or wind down with sunset meditation. A B&W sound system and 4K projector transform the studio into a multimedia retreat hub for workshops or film nights. The floor is sprung and heated.
HOT TUB & SAUNA
8-Person Wood-Fired Hot Tub: Enjoy panoramic ocean views while soaking in toasty waters. If you opt to use it, we’ll fill it with fresh water; wood is available for purchase on-site.
10-Man Electric Barrel Sauna: An authentic Estonian sauna with a powerful 9KW heater, ready in about an hour. Alternate between sauna heat and the sea or cool tub dips for a rejuvenating cycle.
