BIO

I started my restaurant career back in 2002. opening the Bluetomatocafe in Rock, Cornwall. I currently own a restaurant in Cornwall.

​Leading the cafe towards growth and expansion I channelled all of my energies into delivering the very best product I could.

Inevitable pressures of catering life, led me to finding Yoga. I have personally practiced for over 15 years, completing my teaching in 2018.

My passions are Cooking, Yoga, Travel and Enjoying this Life.

I live by the sea in both Cornwall, UK and Mallorca, Spain.
