TICKET TYPES

Time: Doors open at 17:30; event starts at 18:00.
Dress Code: Smart casual with blue and yellow accents to show solidarity.


Tickets: £45 per person (includes a welcome drink, snack, film screening, and discussion). Additional fees apply for drinks and experiences.

SCHEDULE

  • IMPORTANT: (Parking at West Wittering Memorial Hall Elms Ln, West Wittering, Chichester PO20 8LW). Guests will be picked up by Paul every 15 mins from 17:30 onwards. Paul’s number: +447885686594)
  • 17:30 - 18:00 – Doors open.
    Guests are welcomed by the hosts. Canape´s By Chef Marc in Vegan Ukrainian Style. Sparkling wine donated by local producers Tinwood Estate & Joanna von Schenk.
  • From 18:00 – Evening intro
    Opening of the evening with introductory remarks about the Charity (Women Fight for Ukraine foundation)
    (Light music is played, and drinks are available at the cash bar.)

  • 18:20 – 18:35 – pianist’s performance by Svitlana Shamina Ukrainian pianist and opera coach. Co-founder behind the music education project, "Art Me Music"

  • 18:35 – 18:45 – Presentation of Ukrainian wine by Uawines, Ukrainian wine company . Those who wish to later take part in ‘blind’ wine tasting can sign up for additional fee

  • 19:00 – 19:35 – Pre-premier & Talk of a Ukrainian short film “Romchyk”
    A true story about 8-year-old Ukrainian boy who suffered as a result of the war. Q&A with the film crew. Important: the film has been selected for a number of film festivals. No phones or screening allowed.

  • 19:35 – song by Kvitka (famous Ukrainian young singer)
  • 19:40 – 20:00 – Fundraising auction

  • From 20:00 – food service by Chef Marc of Le Gavroche; Vegan Ukrainian deserts by vegan refugee-run patisserie Cream Dream 

  • 20:30 – 20:50 – ‘blindfolded’ wine tasting with a sommelier by Ukrainian wine company 
  • 20:50 – 22:30 – more piano music, networking, socialising

RETURN SHUTTLES TO THE CARPARK: (Guests will be returned to The Village Hall Car Park by Paul every 15 mins from 21:00-22h00. Paul’s number: +447885686594)

DELTA - VEGAN RETREAT

Delta – Vegan Retreat is designed for deep practice, relaxation, and connection with nature.
