Ksenia has always been drawn to animals, and growing up with dogs at home gave her a deep appreciation for their loyalty and warmth. Choosing a vegan lifestyle was a natural step, not only because of her love for animals but also because she sees it as a way to protect our planet. For her, veganism is far more than food – it is a conscious way of life that reduces the impact of animal agriculture, helps create a healthier environment, and reflects compassion and respect for all living beings.
Health and movement are central to her daily life. She has always enjoyed yoga, stretching and pilates, and these practices remain an important part of her routine. Meditation, often accompanied by calm, soothing music, allows her to find stillness and clarity. She believes yoga, running and regular activity are not just forms of exercise but essential for mental wellbeing, physical strength and long-term health. In March 2025 she ran the Barcelona Marathon, a personal milestone that highlighted her commitment to both endurance and balance.
In June 2025 she completed a combat first aid course, gaining an international certificate in battlefield medical care. This training reflects her willingness to be prepared and useful in moments when help is truly needed. Alongside this, she dedicates time to charitable work and serves as a trustee of a London-based organisation supporting people in Ukraine.
Beyond her activism and physical practice, she enjoys cooking vibrant plant-based meals, exploring new ideas, reading and studying languages. She loves spending time by the sea, in the mountains, or simply in quiet places where she can recharge.
