DESCRIPTION

Together in community, we’ll gather in the beautiful coastal sanctuary of Delta Retreat to remember what it means to belong — to ourselves, to the land, and to the breath.

This is an opportunity to create deep connections with other people, with nature, with your emotions, your body, with life itself.

It’s an opportunity to bring transformation and healing to problems in your life, awaken more awareness of yourself and what drives you, find more wholeness and more intuitive trust in this world; to clean yourself of heaviness and step into life fresh,
renewed and intentional.

This retreat is a co-creation between two trauma-informed breathwork facilitators, Angel and Freddie, who bring depth, warmth, and intuitive care to their guidance. Through ceremonial space, nervous system support, and embodied connection, you’ll be held as you explore your inner landscapes with curiosity and courage.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll be invited into a carefully curated journey that includes:

  • Working with the elements through a Shamnic lens
  • Fire and Cacao Opening Ceremony - setting intentions, invoking the directions, and building a shared container
  • Morning Movement & Regulation Tools — shaking, dancing, and grounding practices to awaken the body and calm the nervous system
  • Inner Child Exploration - somatic-based practices to access, honour, and integrate your inner landscape
  • Conscious Connected Breathwork - full journeys on land and in warm water, guided with music, voice, and gentle acupressure
  • Hape Ceremony - guided use of sacred Amazonian plant medicine
  • Community night - sharing circles & open space for song, sauna, fire, and connection
  • Offerings to the elements, ancestors & ancient woodland - connecting with the sea, the forest, and sacred fire
  • Nourishing Vegan meals - provided by Delta Retreats in-house chefs
  • Optional pilgrimage to Kingley Vale - a walk into the largest and oldest Yew Tree Forest in Europe
  • Integration & Aftercare - optional post-retreat online integration circle, stay connected and supported beyond the weekend
  • This space welcomes all — whether you’re new to breathwork or already on the path. It’s for anyone longing to slow down, reconnect with their body, and receive the medicine that comes when we gather with intention.

You do not need prior experience in any of the practices to attend. We will guide you every step of the way, creating a nurturing and inclusive space for exploration and healing.
