MORE INFOA trauma-informed Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator, existential enthusiast, and lifelong wanderer, working closely with my Cypriot ancestral line, bridging the worlds of light and shadow.
MORE INFOTogether in community, we’ll gather in the beautiful coastal sanctuary of Delta Retreat to remember what it means to belong — to ourselves, to the land, and to the breath.
This is an opportunity to create deep connections with other people, with nature, with your emotions, your body, with life itself.
It’s an opportunity to bring transformation and healing to problems in your life, awaken more awareness of yourself and what drives you, find more wholeness and more intuitive trust in this world; to clean yourself of heaviness and step into life fresh,
renewed and intentional.
This retreat is a co-creation between two trauma-informed breathwork facilitators, Angel and Freddie, who bring depth, warmth, and intuitive care to their guidance. Through ceremonial space, nervous system support, and embodied connection, you’ll be held as you explore your inner landscapes with curiosity and courage.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll be invited into a carefully curated journey that includes:

Davide Nunes is a 31 years old Portuguese plant-based chef with 8 of years experience in international vegan kitchens. His cooking style focuses on flavors, textures and the transformation of vegetables with a seasonal, made from scratch and zero-waste approach.
Foraging and collecting edible wildflowers, plants and mushrooms is part of his holistic approach to connect his cooking with the land, bringing something new and innovative to every dish.
With a vegan baking background, he started his chef career working at plant-based restaurants in Berlin and Porto. Simultaneously he and his partner started Sopa Torta, a plant-based project focused on seasonal awareness and zero waste kitchen practices, doing pop-ups, workshops and other events around Portugal.
He moved to Alentejo to work with a Farm to table Nonprofit organization to have a deeper understanding of the plants. In love with the Mediterranean palette of flavors, middle eastern and international cuisine. You can expect seasonal vegetables and fruits as central pieces with intention behind them.
