Join us for a weekend over the summer solstice for an elemental immersion into yoga, breathwork, meditation, and movement. Led by Zinah and her team, the retreat offers a nurturing space for you to move, groove, and nourish yourself — inside and out.

Our retreat takes place at Delta, a beautiful holistic venue in West Wittering, just 1.5 hours from London.
Nestled by the beach, Delta is rooted in a mission of planet, health, sustainability, and nature, and proudly holds Green Campus status. It’s the perfect place to unwind, reconnect, and realign.

DELTA - VEGAN RETREAT

Delta – Vegan Retreat is designed for deep practice, relaxation, and connection with nature. With seven private and shared suites, retreat dormitories, and spacious living areas, it offers comfort and serenity. The meditation and yoga studio overlooks the sea and doubles as a dance or cinema space. Wellness amenities include a wood-fired hot tub and an Estonian sauna with ocean views. A professional kitchen theatre for vegan cooking demos, with multiple indoor and outdoor dining areas. Landscaped gardens, private terraces, and direct beach access create space for reflection, while the retreat’s eco-conscious design supports sustainability and mindful living.
