SUMMARY

Join us for a weekend of Dhamma practice and exploration of regenerative, consciousness-driven projects at Green Campus Delta. Throughout the weekend, we will offer a steady rhythm of meditation, a range of yoga practices with Larthia - our skilled yoga teacher, nourishing plant-based food by Chef Chris Nelson, and time in nature, hot tubs, and sauna. Evenings will feature live music and fires on the beach, creating space for connection, reflection, and shared joy.

This weekend is a space for insight, embodiment, and collaborative regeneration — a retreat that nurtures both inner clarity and outer action. 🌍✨

DESCRIPTION

Our Weekend 3 Retreat is a rejuvenating three-day immersion by the sea, rooted in mindful living, restorative movement, and plant-based nourishment. Guests arrive Friday evening to a warm, grounding welcome, beginning with a candlelit Yin Yoga session overlooking the waves. A wholesome vegan supper prepared by our in-house chef sets the tone for the weekend, followed by fireside connection under the stars, creating space to unwind and connect with the coastal surroundings and fellow retreat-goers.

Saturday unfolds gently with a morning meditation and a dynamic Vinyasa Flow session to awaken the body and align the nervous system. The day continues with invigorating beach runs, sea swims, and nutritious meals made from seasonal, plant-based ingredients. Guests are invited to move between periods of rest, nature immersion, gentle mobility classes, and evening Yin yoga. Communal meals, sauna sessions, and fireside music provide a rhythm of nourishment, reflection, and community.

Sunday begins with another meditative start and movement practice before transitioning into our closing circle. A live cooking demo and shared lunch deepen the retreat's emphasis on functional, anti-inflammatory vegan nutrition. Guests typically depart Sunday afternoon feeling grounded and restored. However, for those seeking an extended experience, we offer an optional extra night stay (self-catering) with a closing morning session on Monday—available when five or more guests opt in.

BIO

Chris is a leader in the sustainability community bringing world class catering, event management, coaching and consulting at an incredibly high level of quality and execution. His food and process remain humble, inclusive and approachable, a creative and artistic extension his love of nature, down to the molecule, drawing on his functional-medical and naturopathic qualifications and passion for health, authenticity and excellence.

Chris is an expert in plant-based cuisine. He has over four years of experience as lead chef at a fully vegan establishment in Windsor, following his qualification as a Vegan Natural Chef from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. He went on to further hone his culinary skills under leading figures in the plant-based movement, including Bettina Campolucci Bordi and Tora Olsson, deepening his understanding of nutritional balance, portioning, and advanced techniques using molecular gastronomy. He now works as a freelance plant-based chef under his brand, Degrees C.

With a detail-orientated mindset and creative flair, Chris has developed more than 500 bespoke dishes across retreats, private events, supper clubs, restaurants, and festivals. His food is rooted in seasonality, nutritional balance, and global inspiration - shaped in part by his background as a secondary school geography teacher with a strong focus on sustainability. Alongside retreat and corporate catering, Chris also offers consultancy services to help food businesses elevate their plant-based menu options. His clients love that his menus are tailored to their vision, offer versatility, and, perhaps most importantly, deliver big on flavour! You can find out more at www.degrees-c.co.uk.
