BIO

I am a passionate, self-taught plant-based chef dedicated to creating wholesome, vibrant, and nutritious meals that are rich in flavor and spark joy. Through food, I hope to create connections—to nature, to community, and to moments that remind us of the joy in slowing down and being present.

Inspired by nature’s abundant gifts, I aim to show how eating seasonal fruits and vegetables can actually be exciting, creative, and most importantly, healing for the body, the planet, and the soul. I strive to inspire guests to embrace new flavors and explore sustainable alternatives, while encouraging an open and creative approach to food that fosters balance—both in what we eat and how we live.

A lot of my flavors are inspired by another love of mine: travel and adventure. I thrive on experiencing new cultures and immersing myself in nature, as they always open my mind to fresh perspectives. My yoga practice also plays a central role in my life, helping me stay grounded and present in every aspect of my work and daily routine. More recently, I’ve started growing some vegetables, as one of my dreams is to have my own kitchen garden. I can’t imagine a better source of produce than that!
