SUMMARY

Join Our New Series of Immersive Retreat Weekends at Delta

Join a group of people sincerely looking to engage in their practice with the Dhamma, purifying their minds and bodies as countless beings have done so in the past. Join together as a Sangha keeping the five precepts and engaging in a supportive schedule of meditation, yoga, nourishing plant-based cuisine with interactive demos, and a reconnect connection to nature.

We will host powerful film screenings and Q&As with the filmmakers to keep us connected to real world issues and practical living of The Dhamma, living the path out of suffering in real practical terms, to integrating other ancient purification traditions with sweat lodge ceremonies starting in June, movement and music medicine starting in July and a four-part Yoga Teacher Training launching this September.

These weekends are designed to provide a supportive environment for people to practice their meditation with guided meditations and world class yoga instruction but also to support the life with other healing practices, cultures and communities to uplift, educate, and support us all in healing and thriving.

Immerse yourself in the guided meditations of Guy Burgs (recorded) and The Art of Meditation, flow through energizing and restorative yoga sessions led by Georgia Pine, and enjoy exquisite vegan cooking demos with a vegan chef from our roster. We’ll also host a special film screening of 'WOverview' with a virtual Q&A from the filmmaker Guy Reid.

Beyond these highlights, each weekend in this series offers unique opportunities for personal growth—whether it’s the Yoga Teacher Training team familiarization in May, the Sweat Lodge Ceremonies starting in July, or the music and movement medicine workshops and parties starting in August. All of these events build toward our four-part Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training, commencing in September 2025 and continuing into January 2026. Led by an outstanding roster of educators with successful international yoga businesses—making for a truly transformative journey.

Whether you’re keen to deepen a meditation practice, expand your skills in providing conscious nourishment for ultimate performance, or simply take a break in the luxurious surroundings of amazing retreat locations, our retreats provide a supportive, community-focused environment to explore the lifestyle of compassion. Come be inspired by new ways to live, eat, and move—restoring balance to our bodies, minds, and the planet.

Reserve your spot now and learn more about the community and collaborative circles we work through at www.healweb.co. We look forward to welcoming you for a weekend that will nourish your spirit, awaken your senses, and encourage a profound reconnection with nature, ourselves, and each other.

Five precepts mean we endeavor to refrain from speaking what is not true (sometimes making noble silence just to be sure), taking what is not freely given to us by all the universe, taking of life, sexual misconduct (covetousness), or intoxication (alcohol, etc.). This is to create the most supportive environment for our bodies to feel deeply so that we can perceive directly the true, beloved nature of reality for ourselves and be free in seeing that.
